This week I’ll be speaking with Paul Harrington, President of Greater Newburyport Village, and Vice President Willian Franz about the 10th anniversary of the Village, a non-profit membership organization powered by volunteers, dedicated to enabling members to choose how and where they grow old.
Harrington and Franz will discuss the origin story of the Village, its connection to a national movement, why each of them became involved, and the range of services, interest groups, and activities they sponsor.
They will also describe the positive impacts they’ve witnessed the organization making on the lives of members, and how they envision the Village changing and growing in the future.
