American Energy Independence and Affordability Act

Dear Friends,
When Republicans passed Donald Trump’s so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill,” they loaded it with budget cuts that hurt American families and put our clean energy future at risk.
That’s why I’ve signed on as an original cosponsor of the American Energy Independence and Affordability Act. This bill would restore the clean energy tax credits and incentives that were eliminated in OBBB and will lower energy costs, create good-paying jobs, and keep America competitive in the global clean energy economy.
Massachusetts has always led the way on clean energy. We should be building on that success, not rolling it back. This bill helps us stay on track, protects working families, and keeps us competitive in a global clean energy economy that is moving forward with or without us.
I’ll keep pushing for policies that reflect our values, invest in our future, and ensure America leads–not follows–in the race for clean energy.
