City Holding a Public Information Update Session on the Brown School Housing Project

The City of Newburyport Office of Planning and Development in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office and the Brown School developer Zeta InSite invite you to a public information session to review the progress being made for the adaptive reuse of the former Brown School.

The Zeta InSite team led by Zeina Talje and Architect Daniel Riggs from Embarc will provide an overview of the current project plans and answer questions from the public.

The Office of Planning and Development led by Andrew Port will provide an update on the overall site plans and plans for the demolition of the gymnasium.

The meeting will be held on Thursday June 25th from 5:30 to 6:45 pm at the Newburyport Public Library, 94 State Street, in the first floor Program Room.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the community with an update and will be an opportunity for public input and/or questions.

If you have any questions or are unable to attend the meeting and would like to express your concerns, feel free to e-mail us at Mayor@newburyportma.gov.
