Debt Exclusion Public Forum – April 30, 2025 at 7pm
The City of Newburyport will hold a Public Forum on April 30, 2025, at 7pm at the Senior and Community Center to share information regarding the upcoming debt exclusion vote on May 13, 2025 for the Recreation and Youth Services Center. Mayor Sean Reardon and City officials will answer questions about debt exclusions, including what they are and how they are used.
