See.Click.Fix Launch Empowers Residents to Improve Their Community
Newburyport – See.Click.Fix, a user-friendly platform for reporting and resolving local issues, is now available to residents of Newburyport. This tool allows citizens to easily report non-emergency concerns, such as potholes, streetlight outages, and broken infrastructure, directly to the city government.
By using See.Click.Fix, residents can submit issues via a mobile app or website, track the progress of their requests, and receive updates on resolutions. Submitted concerns and requests will be integrated into the workflow for the Department of Public Services (DPS). The platform enhances communication between citizens and city officials, helping to improve the community’s overall quality of life.
“This new platform will help our team identify and resolve resident concerns across the city,” said DPS Director Wayne Amaral. “Our DPS teams work hard every day to keep our city clean and safe and this new platform can help improve our services.”
Residents who identify community repairs or service requests will submit photos, location information, and details of the concern. Administrative staff members will manage the issues within the centralized system to acknowledge the issue and achieve resolution.
Mayor Sean Reardon said, “See.Click.Fix is another great new tool for our city to increase responsiveness to resident concerns. Repairing infrastructure and fostering resident collaboration with City government are part of our strategic plan to make Newburyport a more accessible and vibrant place to live, work, and visit.”
You can access the system from a desktop computer via the Newburyport City website or download the App on any iOS or Android device.
