PERSON).
Have you ever wondered what chemicals in the brain are released when we
eat chocolate that makes us feel so good? Does chocolate really have
caffeine in it? What is cocoa butter, and why is it so important to chocolate,
as well as other products that we don’t even eat? Why do I have trouble
melting chocolate chips in the microwave? Why didn’t I like dark chocolate
when I was a kid? The commonality between all of these, besides the
chocolate, is all of these questions can be answered by SCIENCE! Let’s
learn about all of the magical properties of cocoa, including why it can help
improve your memory and cardiac function. Registration required.
