September is Library Card Sign-Up Month.
“September is Library Card Sign-Up Month. Stop by the Newburyport Public Library this month to get a library card- it’s free! If you are a resident of Newburyport, please bring a photo ID and proof of residency. Call the library to learn more about getting a library card for a child or if you live outside of Newburyport.
With your library card, you will gain access to not only thousands of physical books, CDs, and DVDs available through the Merrimack Library Consortium, but also electronic materials through Libby, games and technology through our Library of Things, and passes for museums in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.”
