This Week’s “Morning Show” Features:
Community Service of NBPT’s History and Mission…& their Spring Fundraising Raffle for Summer “Camperships”
Community Service of Newburyport (CSN) Executive Director Ray Pillidge and Fundraising Co-chairs Julie Ganong and Lesa Scott will visit the show this week.
Ray will talk about the non-profit organization’s origins and history (they’ve been around since 1912!) and its mission of providing Newbury, Newburyport, and West Newbury residents with a wide range of social services including food, fuel, and housing assistance.
Julie and Lesa will discuss CSN’s upcoming annual Spring Fundraiser, the “Send Kids to Camp” raffle to be held on May 26th, which provides camperships for area students who otherwise might not have access to these wonderful opportunities for growth and exploration.
