City Government resources for Newburyport Residents – On-Line Services and Contact Information for City Hall at the Present Time. While City Hall is open, we also wish to encourage residents to use our on-line services provided by the City Clerk, Treasurer, Health and Water Departments.

All NYS programs are cancelled and the Rec Center is currently closed.  However, the NYS staff continues to be available.  The best way to contact them is via email found at the link below; they are working to respond to all correspondences within 24 hours.
